4. Orders, Payment Terms & Processing
Orders are considered confirmed only after receiving a written purchase order and fulfillment of agreed payment terms.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply depending on the product category.
- Payment Terms: Generally 50% advance and 50% before shipment unless otherwise negotiated.
- Accepted Methods: Bank transfer, LC (Letter of Credit), or other formal banking channels.
Standard processing time ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on product type, availability, and volume.
5. Shipping, Risk Transfer & Logistics
Unless specified otherwise, all shipments are handled on FOB Karachi Port basis. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon transfer of goods to the nominated shipping line or forwarder.
Shah Mercantile Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, port congestion, third-party carriers, or force majeure events beyond our control.
We assist with documentation, export clearance, and can arrange freight forwarding upon request.
6. Quality Assurance & Claims
We source from verified suppliers and conduct internal/external quality inspections as per buyer requirements.
If a buyer receives goods that differ materially from the confirmed specifications, claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt, along with supporting evidence such as inspection reports or images.
No returns are accepted without prior written consent. In justified cases, we may offer replacement, refund, or credit at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or trade activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
